Dot Beyond: where innovation goes further.

An integrated approach at the cutting-edge of new digital frontiers, a multidisciplinary skillset, and an unwavering commitment to research: Dot Beyond is the new company from the Effort Cube group, leaders in the technology sector at both national and international level. The product of a merger completed in December 2024, Dot Beyond represents the culmination of an industrial project started in 2021, aimed at creating a new model of innovation.

Rome, 01.01.2025 – Dot Beyond is the new point of reference in technological innovation that integrates and consolidates the skills of an ecosystem of leading companies within their respective sectors, offering tailored solutions and services that explore the digital world’s most promising frontiers – from artificial intelligence to the metaverse/digital twins, and from cybersecurity to gaming.

With a team of over 200 professionals and a presence in seven strategic locations, Dot Beyond positions itself as the ideal partner for SMEs, large enterprises, and cultural institutions, both in Italy and abroad, to take on the most complex challenges of digital transformation.

The journey that led to Dot Beyond’s creation began in 2021, with a series of strategic operations aimed at constructing an integrated ecosystem in the digital innovation sphere. This ambitious project fully came to fruition in December 2024 with the integration of DM Cultura, a leader in the cultural and creative sector for over thirty years, and Reiss Digital Life, specialists in design and technological development for the B2B and public administration markets. The merger was further strengthened by the incorporation of Centounopercento's corporate division in April 2024, bringing new expertise in experience technologies and virtual ecosystems.

Behind Dot Beyond is the solid foundation of the Effort Cube Group, an industrial holding company that has been synonymous with technological excellence for more than 40 years. Guided by the pioneering vision of “Cavaliere del Lavoro” Ettore Forieri, Effort Cube is the driving force behind the project, offering support and resources to consolidate Dot Beyond's role in the global market.

Dot Beyond sets itself apart for its ability to combine vertical and complementary skills through a network of subsidiaries that reinforce its offering:

  • One O One Games, specialized in the development of gaming experiences for PC, consoles, mobile devices, and VR.
  • SicuraNext, at the forefront of cybersecurity services, with solutions dedicated to SMEs and large enterprises.
  • OneExtra, a benchmark in advanced digital production for the film and television sector.
  • Blank Spaces, a creative agency specializing in the development and execution of online and offline communication strategies.

The construction of this ambitious hub of innovation allows Dot Beyond to offer a wide array of solutions and services, ranging from AI application in industrial processes to digital enhancement of cultural and creative heritage, from immersive experiences to gaming, and from cybersecurity to advanced production for the audiovisual sector, all thanks to continuous investment in research and development.

“We’ve been working in partnership with our clients for many years to guide them on their continuous journey of innovation and growth, and for this reason, we’ve placed the expertise of our people and the value of the products and solutions we offer at the center of the project, with a vision that embraces innovation through a multidisciplinary approach", said Lucio Passeggio, CEO of Dot Beyond, highlighting how the company intends to turn every challenge into an opportunity for growth, and position itself as a strategic partner for those who wish to make the absolute most of the opportunities that digital transformation presents.

Museum security project kick-off with the Emilia-Romagna Region

Security and culture go hand in hand with EGIDA PSEM, Dot Beyond's innovative platform, that will be presented on February 12th at the Mediateca Guglielmi in Bologna as part of the museum security project with the Emilia-Romagna Region. An unmissable event that marks the beginning of a journey dedicated to the protection of cultural venues!

What is EGIDA PSEM? It is a digital system designed to simplify the management of emergencies and security in museums. A true protection network that, thanks to this platform, will enable both people and works of art to be secured. Objective? To create a safety culture to protect cultural heritage and give museums the right tools to manage any emergency situation.

Already active a few weeks ago, the project saw the Emilia-Romagna Region launch a call to involve local museums in testing the platform. The initiative has attracted 11 cultural institutions that, for 9 months, will be accompanied step by step in a process of training and continuous assistance.

All eyes are on heritage protection!

Museums are the protagonists of this project:

From the emblematic Francesco Baracca Museum in Lugo to the Malatestian Library Museum in Cesena, passing through the Pinacoteca Il Guercino in Cento, many symbolic places of Emilia-Romagna culture will be part of this experimentation. During the launch event, each museum will have the opportunity to tell its own reality, highlighting strengths, but also challenges related to security.

After the kick-off, experts in the field will join the museums for inspections, practical support and analysis, also involving ICOM Italy's Security and Emergency Commission. The final objective is one: to guarantee operators and visitors total protection from any risk.
